How to brush
teeth with electric toothbrush
From the time
we are old enough to remember we got that toothbrush jammed in our
mouth morning and night. Told distinctly that if we didn’t
brush our teeth would all fall out and we’d be toothless.
Now that I think of it –it would have sure been job
security for the tooth fairy.
Technology has
changed things in the tooth brush industry, even though the

norm in the industry. Sonic technology, used in
toothbrushes, can save yourself some major health issues later on
in life. So how
to brush teeth with electric toothbrush is pretty straight
forward, but the one thing you don’t have to really do with sonic
is brush. It does it for you.

I use as
Sonicare unit. Their instructions is to brush by quadrants
(4) in your mouth. Brush on the inside of the teeth first on
the left side and then the right side. Switch and brush on
the outside of the teeth on the left side then brush the right
side. But, here is the most important thing about how to brush
teeth with electric toothbrush, if using a sonic.
Make sure your sonic unit gets on your gums. As you
grow older recession of the gum line starts to occur. The
main reason is the gums soften up and become more apt to get
inflamed. Using a sonic brush will toughens up the gums and
stop inflammation. A sonic brushing stiffens up the gums.
