I have
learned the hard way that a phone conversation can be
misunderstood very easily.  People in general, at work, are
in a hurry if you call.  They may not hear everything you
say, especially if one word has an association to something
else.  So be careful and fully state what you want heard.
 If the phone is passed to someone else, make sure you
repeat what you said to the first person.  After watching
